Distributed Design
Two stools from a single sheet of plywood. Inspired from guitar picks, this stool has been designed with minimal waste in the supply chain, therefore reducing the environmental footprint. Pik is stackable and easy to store and use. Using plywood, this stool is easily cut anywhere in the world with minimal material waste.

Why?

The project looks to re-think the way we design for distribution, with main factors being sustainable manufacturing and shipping. Using a standard size sheet of plywood as the main material, this product must be capable of being shipped in a flat form and fitting through a standard UK letterbox 30x5cm.
